Set up from 11am on Thursday 16th July. If you think you can arrive early to help set up please send us a message , we’d love your support & it’ll be magic seeing the place come alive.
Check-out: 3pm Monday 20th July. We will be doing a packdown party before brunch to close it down in style, together.
Getting to Retallack
Here is a Car Share document to help those co-ordinate lifts from around the Country. If you know you’ll be driving please consider popping your details in - you can share petrol money & get to know folks along the way!
Address: Kudhva Landscape Hotel, Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel, Cornwall PL34 0HH.
By Car: From the A39, turn off at Camelford and follow signs for Tintagel. Drive through Trebarwith and look out for the discreet sign for Kudhva just before you reach Trebarwith Strand.
Parking: There’s on-site parking, but please try to lift-share where you can. Once parked, it’s a walk up to the site - so pack light, backpacks strongly encouraged, no rolling suitcases!
By Train: The closest station is Bodmin Parkway. From there, it’s around 45 minutes by car. We can try to liaise pick ups if people are arriving in groups.

Site Etiquette
We want Soundbath to leave no trace, throughout the weekend & after.
A few gentle asks:
Recycling & Rubbish: Please separate waste using the bins provided. What we bring, we take away.
Fires: Please refuel and stoke the fires as they need it.
Respect the land & each other: This goes without saying — but be kind, be open, and look out for one another.
Showers & loos: There are 2 flushable loos at Base Camp & 1 compost loo at The Cabin. Please look after these for the next Bather. Nature pees are encouraged (Kudhva’s words, not just ours!)
We would like Soundbath to be a place of safety for everyone - please be mindful of others, aware when individuals might want space or support.
Food
We’re excited to present the food programme for this year’s edition! Alongside a Brunch each morning & snacks throughout there will be:
Thursday - Welcome Dinner from 7pm.
Friday - Middle-Eastern Potluck Feast.
This is our communal, bring-a-dish style feast. Think Mezze boards, salads, hummus, babaganoush, flame-grilled veg, flatbreads etc.
There is very limited fridge space, so please bring contributions in stackable tuppaware or in your own coolers, along with a serving dish / bowl or tray. There is no oven, only gas stove or open fire to heat / cook with.
Saturday - Ristorante di Soundbath.
Our chef will be running things a little different on Saturday night.
Sunday - Post-Packdown Party Brunch.
NB: We will cater for vegan, vegetarian, and meat, however if there are any dietary requirements or allergies please let us know in advance.
Contributions
Contributions, offerings, and workshops all make up a key part of Soundbath and what it means to have a community-driven party. It is these parts that truly makes Soundbath what it is.
We would love to keep it open as to what you contribute. Sometimes the best things are total surprises.
There are also some contributions that would be much appreciated, and will no doubt help the weekend flow;
Kitchen help - serving, clearing, chopping, grilling, washing, drying etc.
Food - sides / condiments to accompany the Middle-Eastern Potluck Feast, and / or home made treats to share over the weekend.
Pack down - we will make sure this is a total vibe ;)
Any questions, please ask us on the WhatsApp group (link here) or DM.
